Product Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 3532 Series urethane adhesive is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. The part-A is brown in color, while part-B is off-white in color. Polyol base part-A has a vapor pressure less than or equal to 27 psia at 131 degrees F, specific gravity of 1.35 and a boiling point temperature rating of 406 degrees F. The isocyanate accelerator part-B has a vapor pressure less than or equal to 27 psia at 131 degrees F, specific gravity of 1.31 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 250 degrees F. Part-A of the adhesive has a flash point greater than or equal to 201 degrees F, while polyester odored part-B has greater than or equal to 200 degrees F for safe use. The liquid adhesive comes in a 2-fluid ounce container. It withstands shear strength of 240 psi at 100 degrees F for 30 minutes. This product requires 24 hours for curing and withstands a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees F.
