MOLYKOTE® 3402-C LF anti-friction coating is an air cured anti-friction coating filled with molybdenum disulfide and antimony trioxide.

Wide service temperature range: Effective from -200°C (-328°F) to 315°C (599°F)

Air-curing formula: Dries and cures at room temperature in as little as 2 hours
High resistance to chemicals: Resists oils, fuels, de-icing fluids, and cleaning compounds
Excellent adhesion to metal: Forms a strong, durable bond to metal substrates

Approvals: Meets MIL-L-23398 C, MIL-L-46147, MIL-L-46010 Type I (per SAE AS-1701), DEF 91-19/2, NATO Codes S 749 and S 1738
Application Methods: Spray, dip, centrifuge, tumble, or brush; continuous agitation required during application
Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease surfaces; sandblasting or phosphating recommended for enhanced adhesion
Coverage: Approximately 12 m²/kg at 10 µm dry-film thickness
